PUREVOLT Electrolyte Stick Pack Packaging Design
A fresh green and white stick pack for a sugar free electrolyte powder, designed to feel clean, natural and focused.
Project Overview
PUREVOLT Daily Electrolytes is a lime mint electrolyte powder in single serve 5 g stick packs, made to support hydration, endurance and mental focus. The brand wanted a clean, premium look that stands apart from the bright, sugary style many hydration products use.

The Challenge
A stick pack is tall and very narrow, so there is little space for the brand, the flavour, the benefits and all the legal text. PUREVOLT also needed the design to work as a single stick on its own, in a pile of sticks, and in both English and German versions.
Our Approach
We set the PUREVOLT wordmark vertically in a strong serif along the length of the stick, with a gold hexagon leaf icon above it. Deep forest green frames a white centre, and real lime and mint at the bottom tell the flavour story instantly. Three simple icon benefits sit on the front, while the back carries the Supplement Facts, directions, storage and five dietary badges, laid out for a 3 mm bleed on every side.

Typography
Cinzel Bold for the PUREVOLT wordmark for a premium, classic feel, with Montserrat Medium for Daily Electrolytes and Montserrat Regular for all other text.
Packaging Structure
Stick pack lay flat of 190 x 140 mm with front label, back label and stick pack seal area, plus a single label version at 40 x 140 mm.
