Supplement Label Design

Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms apply to design services provided by Umair Studio through SupplementLabelDesign.com. By approving a quote or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written quote that lists the deliverables, number of concepts, number of products (SKUs) and timeline. Work outside that scope, such as extra SKUs, new directions or new formats, is quoted separately before we start it.

2. Payment

Payment terms are stated in your quote. Final print-ready and source files are delivered after full payment is received.

3. Revisions

Revisions are included within the agreed scope so the design matches the approved brief. A change of direction after a concept is approved, or new content added later, may be quoted as additional work. We will always tell you before any extra cost applies.

4. Timelines

Timelines in your quote start once we receive all required information (product details, Supplement Facts values, dielines and brand assets). Delays in feedback or information will move delivery dates.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Compliance disclaimer

We lay out labels and Supplement Facts panels using the FDA format and common labeling practice. We are designers, not lawyers or regulatory consultants. Our work is design guidance only and is not legal or regulatory advice. You are responsible for final compliance of your formula, claims and labeling with the laws of the countries where you sell, and we recommend a review by your manufacturer or a regulatory professional.

7. Ownership and usage

After full payment, you own the final approved artwork for your product. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to (for example under an NDA). Unused concepts, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.

8. Printing

We prepare files to your printer’s specifications. We are not responsible for printing errors, color differences between screens and print, or costs caused by printing before final approval.

9. Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel a project, payment for work already completed is not refundable. Any refund for work not yet started is handled case by case and stated in writing.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, reprinting costs or marketplace or regulatory actions.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect on the date of your quote applies to your project.
